Green Hiking Club

September 16, 2019 - 10:00am to 11:30am

Join the BAS Green Hiking Club at Old Croton Aquaduct at Sleepy Hollow into Rockefeller State Park Preserve.

We will meet at 10 am on Hudson Terrace near where it intersects Route 448 in Sleepy Hollow, as parking is allowed on the street.  We will cross 448 on foot to the entrance to the Old Croton Aqueduct, and from there into the Preserve.  We might climb Eagle Hill. Bring hiking boots, water and a walking stick.

Email Judy Zingher  to let her know you're coming and to find out about future hikes.

Rain date September 17, 1:30pm

“Forest bathing”…   Relief from the built environment…  Exploring our beautiful spots in Westchester.  We hope you'll join us as we walk, stretch our legs, breathe clean air, and learn to identify birds, turtles, trees, flowers and butterflies.  We want to enjoy the sun and shade of the many parks, gardens and nature centers in and around our county.
